BENITA K. PALACHUK, PARALEGAL

Benita Palachuk has over thirteen years of experience in the legal field, including construction and insurance matters. She attended Yakima Valley Community College. She has experience in all phases of case management in state and federal courts as well as in mediation, arbitration, and administrative hearings. Benita assists attorneys in preparing legal documents and correspondence, document management, civil motions practice, and overall case coordination. Benita also assists in the discovery process, conducts document reviews and document productions, and prepares and responds to discovery requests. She is also involved in the preparation of construction contracts. Benita communicates regularly with clients and outside counsel as well as with courts, arbitrators, and mediators.
