JAIMIE M. O'TEY, PARALEGAL

Jaimie O’Tey has over eighteen years of experience in the legal field, including constuction and insurance matters and complex commercial litigation.   She is a graduate of Seattle University, where she majored in English Literature/Creative Writing.  She received her Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds Community College.  Jaimie has experience in all phases of case management in state and federal courts in Washington, Oregon, and California.   She assists in the discovery process, conducts document reviews and document productions, and prepares and responds to discovery requests.  Jaimie communicates regularly with clients and outside counsel as well as with courts, arbitrators, and mediators.
