Dan Heffernan provides his clients with over twenty years of experience in
construction and insurance coverage law and commercial litigation, including
construction-defect and condominium law. In addition to his law degree with
honors from Seattle University, Dan holds a bachelor of science degree in
mechanical engineering from the University of Washington, a degree which uniquely
qualifies him to represent clients in construction-related matters.
Dan represents owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals in
construction and property development in both the public and private sectors.
Dan advises his clients on contract and related issues and disputes, and handles
complex commercial litigation on their behalf.

involving construction and insurance coverage. He has handled numerous
major cases in state and federal trial courts, courts of appeal, and
federal-agency courts of appeal.
